Indicator Purpose

This is an indicator of the prevalence of community health care champions or advocates taking what they have learned through health promotion teaching, volunteering to share accurate health education knowledge in a culturally appropriate manner to improve health in their local community. Definition of Key Concepts Community Health promotion champions: This can include peer educators, health advocates, community health workers, etc.

1)       Very Often(weekly or more)
