Definition of key concepts
Vulnerability reduction: Movement to “Somewhat better/Much better” vs. 12 months prior.
Natural hazards: Locally prevalent risks (floods, storms, droughts, etc.).
Survey question
Compared to one year ago, how would you describe your household’s ability to cope with disasters or extreme events (e.g., floods, storms, droughts)? (Much worse / Somewhat worse / About the same / Somewhat better / Much better)
