Definition of key concepts
Minimum standards for TSA residential care are the non-negotiable legal, safeguarding, governance, care, and dignity requirements that all Salvation Army residential institutions must meet to provide safe, compliant, mission aligned, and person-centred care. The core categories are: Mission, Governance & Management,
Finance Management and sustainability, property and environment, protection (safeguarding), care, case management, and programme standards.
Instruction
When reporting on the Hive, detail specific standard being worked towards or accomplished per minimum standards framework in the comment section of the Indicator tracker.
