Indicator Purpose

To measure the number of survivors who have been returned to their home country as a result of TSA interventions

Indicator Guidance

Definition of key concepts

  • MSHT survivors: A person who has a lived experience of an exploitative situation, including human trafficking and modern slavery. MSHT can take form as: commercial sexual exploitation, online sexual exploitation, labour exploitation, servitude, forced marriage, forced criminality, organ harvesting or child soldier.

  • Return: The process of supporting MSHT survivors back to their home country or country of origin.

  • Reintegration: Welcoming Territory assisting an MSHT survivor in the arrival to the country and/or integrating the survivor back into society and/or community.

    a.       Source of referral (TSA or non-TSA)

  • Case notes or follow up reports
