Definition of key concepts
MSHT survivors: A person who has been impacted from an exploitative situation, including human trafficking and modern slavery. MSHT can take form as: commercial sexual exploitation, online sexual exploitation, labour exploitation, servitude, forced marriage, forced criminality, organ harvesting or child soldier.
Support: This could include professional or formal legal advice from a person who trained in the legal profession and advises on criminal legal matters or the provision of psychosocial support provided through the legal process.
Legal Services: Include assistance with any legal matter, including but not limited to family law, immigration, impingement, or the criminal justice process
